What is the Board of Directors?
- A term for a director is 3 years with a maximum of 2 consecutive terms.
- The term begins November 1st and ends October 31st.
- Assist Policy Council & Staff in self-evaluation of agency's Head Start Program.
- Establish Budget Policies.
- Approve staff hires and resignations
- Self & Community Assessments.
- Establish advisory committees.
- Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
